Package No 1
Regular weekly general house-clean. Minimum of 2 hours at £12 per cleaning hour.
Includes general light household cleaning of all living rooms, hoovering, dusting, polishing, with rotational moving of furniture. Kitchens: cleaning of all surfaces, external appliances, wash/clean floors and skirtings. Bathrooms: cleaning of all surfaces, bath/shower, hand basin and toilet, with light descaling, tiles and flooring. Payment to be collected after clean each week.
Package No 2
Regular fortnightly or monthly general house-clean. Minimum of 2 hours at £12 per cleaning hour. Includes all of Package No 1 cleaning details above. Payment to be collected after each clean.
Package No 3
One-Off or Emergency Cleaning. No minimum or maximum cleaning time, hours to suit you, at £15 per cleaning hour. Includes of Package No 1 cleaning details above. Payment to be collected after the clean.
Package No 4
Spring Clean, no minimum or maximum cleaning time, hours to suit you, at £15 - £20 per cleaning hour. Includes all of Package No 1 cleaning details above, plus inside of all cupboards, washed paintwork, removal of marks from walls, cooker/microwave/fridge cleaning. Thorough descaling, all tiles washed and polished.
Package No 5
Move in/Out Cleans. Probate Cleans. End of Tenancy Cleans. Including all of Package No 4 plus removal of reasonable surplus rubbish/furniture. Price by negotiation.
Package No 6
Contract Cleaning. Communal areas of flats, offices, etc. Includes cleaning of stairs, halls, lobbys, lifts, corridors etc. Price by negotiation. Payment by monthly invoice.
